I have not received my order at all even though it is two months since I ordered it. There is no one answering me from customer service
Foundation made my skin feel prickly, almost burning sensation
Would give zero stars if I could. I emailed this company with in three minutes of my order being placed to let them know the address was mixed up. Hour ago ( five days later) I get an email saying they can't change anything after it's processing. Ridiculous. Not only do I no longer want th product, I see why so many people hate this company. Terrible customer service. The product may be good but the company sucks.
I do agree this is the worst customer service ever. (FIY I met bunch, hmm maybe this is close to Urban decay) I didn't care for this brand, but FREE MYSTERY BAG sounded nice so i figured I could give a try. The MYSTERY BAG was in my cart and I went ahead.....
and guess what? they didn't send me the mystery bag.
So I reported for missing product. and they said.. they were out of stock so they didn't sent me. they didnt bother to ask to cancel.
But most frustrating part, they didn't allow me to return or send me replacement. Even though they are responsible. so I had to stuck with some useless product I bought only for mystery bag......
Since its international shipping, they dont allow it, I understand that. but in that case they should have ask when they found out something was out of stock.
"Oh its out of stock, we mentioned it can be out of stock"
Yes i understsand. but in that case, you DONT PRETEND YOU HAVE IT. Who would know if someone in that company steal my gift since they know I can't return it anyway and I have to let it go?
I normally don't get scammed online because I am very careful, but this time ........ I couldn't help to trust some kind of official store.
The worst customer service ever. I ordered some stuff from them on sale and they were colors that were going out of stock quick so my order never arrived so when I contacted customer service they said yes my package was sent back to them for some odd reason. So I asked if they can ship it back and since I guess they had already refunded me which is not what I wanted that I would have to start a new order and I responded that I used promo codes and if they would honor the promo codes in my new order, They replied yes and so I went to start a new order and by this time the color lipsticks I wanted that were on sale were out of stock and the only colors I would consider were not on sale and so I did not re order instead I thought I would contact them again about honoring the sale prices and promo codes on the items that werent on sale but never heard back. I have been emailing them for the past month or so and even from different email address and no response. Oh forgot to mention that because of the Covid 19 my order originally was delayed so that was first off a bummer having to wait so long only for it to not arrive. So here I am wanting to get some kind of response from them and I think they should just send me the alternate colors I mentioned in my email and the eyeliner and throw in some free samples and just send it free of charge for all the frustration and since they did not honor the sale prices.
